About Your Installation.
All start dates will be confirmed by the installation department and will be given as a week commencing date. The actual day of the week will be confirmed 24-48 hours in advance.
Please do not take time off work without prior confirmation.



Please inform your neighbours about commencement of this work as the construction process does involve scattering the colour release powder over the surface which can result in dust being blown about. Also, in order to prevent dirt and dust from damaging your carpets, please protect the immediate areas behind the front door with dusting cloths, until we leave the site.




Other points to note include the fact that you should remove your favourite or valuable plants
until after completion to avoid damage; you will need to ensure all your doors and windows are kept closed on the day the concrete is poured and imprinted; access will be restricted at this time and also the curing period thereafter; the team will require water and electricity to carry out their work.
